How is ShipTrackIQ different from Shippit, Starshipit or AfterShip?

ShipTrackIQ is a complement, not a replacement. Shipping aggregators are built for booking and labels — we don’t do either. We sit above your carriers and aggregators as an intelligence and observability layer: reconciling their data, scoring every shipment for delay risk, surfacing exceptions and measuring your WISMO cost. Most of our customers run ShipTrackIQ alongside Shippit or Starshipit.

Which carriers and platforms do you support?

Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex, CouriersPlease, Sendle and TNT out of the box, plus aggregators including Shippit and Starshipit. Because we’re carrier-agnostic, adding a new carrier doesn’t change anything downstream — your dashboards, notifications and tracking page keep working. Need a carrier we don’t list? Custom integrations are available on Enterprise.

How does delay prediction actually work?

We build expected transit profiles for every carrier, service level and lane (origin–destination pair) from observed delivery performance. Every active shipment is continuously compared against its profile: when scans go missing, arrive out of order or fall behind the expected timeline, the shipment’s risk score rises and it surfaces in your exception queue — typically days before a customer would notice.

What does WISMO analytics show me?

It quantifies the problem and the payoff: how many “Where is my order?” contacts your shipments generate, which carriers, lanes and failure types drive them, and what they cost using your own per-contact figure (the industry range is $5–$22). The built-in ROI model — contacts × cost × reduction — shows what proactive tracking is saving you month on month.

Where is my data stored, and how is it secured?

All data is hosted in Australia. Tenant data is isolated with row-level security (RLS), encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access controls and full audit logging. Enterprise plans add SSO/SAML and support for your security and procurement review.

Can my customers see ShipTrackIQ?
